beadALEX offers free shipping for every purchase over $300. For your protection, all shipments are insured for their full list price. You will need to be present upon delivery to sign for your package or will need to pick it up at your local post office.
We will ship out your order as soon as possible. Each piece is made to order so most orders can ship within 2-3 business days — custom orders will take longer. We ship exclusively using insured U.S. Postal Priority Mail. Sorry, we only ship within the U.S. at this time.
gift wrapping
We offer free gift wrapping! If you would like your jewelry gift-wrapped, please contact us at gift@beadalex.com prior to, or immediately after, your purchase on beadALEX.com. For security reasons, we can not ship to an address other than that associated with the buyer's credit card account.
warranty
beadALEX upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. Our jewelry is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship from date of purchase. We will be happy to repair or replace (with the same or similar item) your defective jewelry provided the materials are still available to us. Simply contact us to arrange shipment or drop-off for service. Normal wear is not warranted against. This warranty is void if the article of jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Jewelry broken or need re-stringing? We are happy to repair your beadALEX jewelry for a reasonable fee. Please contact us for a repair estimate.
returns
beadALEX jewelry can be returned within 10 days for credit only — no cash refunds. All returns must be accompanied by an original receipt. Please contact us immediately if you would like to make a return.
alterations
We are happy to make sizing alterations to your beadALEX jewelry! Sizing will be performed for the cost of any new materials that may be needed in the resizing process. For alterations to the basic design or structure of the piece, a reasonable labor fee will be charged in addition. Contact us for more information.
